Based on the Aug 5, 2022 Houston Business Journal list of Largest Houston-Area Commercial Property Owners, Jetall Capital ranks in the top 20 in the city.
August 6, 2022 (HOUSTON, TX) – Houston-based real estate investment entrepreneur Ali Choudhri, CEO of Jetall Capital, established with verification from accounting and legal, that Jetall Capital is proud to be one of Houston’s top 20 commercial property owners.
Choudhri stated, “There are numerous publications that rank commercial property ownership, and calculating by total commercial square feet owned, is by-far the most reasonable method. We are proud to state that we have well over 1,000,000 commercial square feet under ownership and therefore rank in the top 20 commercial real estate owners in Houston.”
With just the anchor properties at 2425 W. Loop South and 1001 W. Loop South, Jetall maintains over 500,000 square feet of commercial space.
